About me
My name is José Bernardo Barla, I'm a native Argentinian, and I've lived in Switzerland for a decade. I was the first in my family to leave my homeland, and after a brief stay in Italy, I settled in Switzerland. Having gained experience in my uncle's wine business in Mar del Plata, Argentina, from a young age, I took the plunge after careful consideration and founded my own online wine shop, Asado & Wein. I was inspired by various influences, including my family's entrepreneurial roots, the spirit of Argentinian wine merchants, and the gastronomy of Italy.
Vision
In Argentina and Italy, hospitality and shared meals with family and friends are highly valued. As a young entrepreneur, I offer both experienced wine connoisseurs and new wine enthusiasts a delightful experience with high-quality Argentinian products through my asado and wine selection. It's important to me to build relationships with my customers, share the Argentinian zest for life, and continuously expand my wine offerings. I will constantly add more wineries to my portfolio to meet the needs of my customers.
