The Malbec grape variety, originally from France, found a new home in the highlands of Mendoza and other regions of Argentina.  Full-bodied and velvety, with a pleasant acidity and soft tannins. The fruit aromas linger and are complemented by a subtle spiciness. The finish is long and harmonious, with a hint of dark chocolate and a fruity aftertaste.

 Goes well with: grilled meat (beef and lamb), pasta with strong sauces, mature cheeses.
