The grapes come from Gualtallary, Valle de Uco, at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level, grown on calcareous soils with gravel and fine sand, resulting in a wine of great aromatic intensity and concentration. No herbicides or systemic products are used; the vineyards are cultivated using agroecological methods. The grapes ferment in oak barrels without the addition of any foreign substances at temperatures between 26°C and 28°C for several weeks.
