 The grapes are hand-picked. There is no aging in wooden barrels; instead, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is omitted. The wine undergoes four months of lees contact and movement. The whole grapes are pressed directly.

 Fruity-floral with notes of peach and the scent of fresh flowers.

 Goes well with: Sushi, aperitif.
