This wine reflects the personality of its growing region. The unique soil and climate conditions allow this Sauvignon Blanc to reach its full potential. The winery is located in the outermost part of La Carrera in the Uco Valley, at an altitude of 1,700 meters, on clay-limestone soils rich in organic matter, supported by a subsoil of limestone gravel in the coldest region of Mendoza. No herbicides or systemic products are used in the Riccittelli vineyards; instead, agroecological farming practices are employed.

Produced using a five-day maceration at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. Vinification is carried out with indigenous yeasts at temperatures between 14°C and 16°C. Aging continues in French oak barrels for eight months.
