100% Malbec.

Grapes from La Zulema, a vineyard in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, and “Viñedos de Don Antonio,” Valle de Uco, Tunuyan, Mendoza. Altitude: 3215 ft in Agrelo and 3940 ft in the Uco Valley. The vineyards in Agrelo were planted in 1992, those in the Uco Valley in 1981. Grapes are hand-harvested, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels.

An attractive and vibrant violet color with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries, and a delicate hint of flowers like violets and lilacs. On the palate, it is round, pleasant, and very long-lasting. The elegant structure and balance on the palate showcase the best qualities of both the Agrelo and Uco valleys.
