5 days of cold maceration at 8 to 10 °C. 7 days of fermentation at 25 °C. 25 to 30 days of maceration at 20 °C.Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Then for 10 months in the bottle.
Intense, deep ruby red color. The nose is dominated by black fruits, especially blackberries and sour cherries. Characteristic candied notes. Very harmonious and concentrated on the palate. A wine of great richness, complexity, and balance on the finish.
