60% Malbec, 40% Cabernet Franc.

Cold maceration in cement tanks for 5 days at 10°C. Fermentation for 10 days at 24 to 26°C. Maceration for 30 days. Fully matured in French oak barrels for 14 months, followed by 4 months in the bottle.

An intensely ruby-red wine with aromas of red fruits such as blackberries and raspberries, combined with complex notes of spice and mint. A wine of great structure, aromatic and elegant, with a long finish and balanced acidity.
