The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards in the Valle de Uco in Mendoza, situated at 1,400 meters above sea level, where calcareous soils predominate. No herbicides or systemic products are used in production; Riccitelli practices agroecological farming.


The grapes naturally enter small concrete containers by gravity, where fermentation begins without any additives at controlled temperatures between 14°C and 16°C and ends naturally in the bottle according to the traditional winemaking method.

Kung Fu Pet Nat contains no added sulfites and is neither clarified nor stabilized.
