 Complex and elegant with notes of ripe red fruit, hazelnuts and almonds, dried flowers, spices, and toasted bread. Lively and refreshing on the palate with firm, pronounced bubbles. Long finish with good freshness.

 Suitable with appetizers, as an aperitif, and with fish.
