 From Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards in the Uco Valley, at 1400 meters above sea level, with calcareous and stony soils, grapes with remarkable acidity, high aromatic concentration and intense aromas, harvested by hand in the first and second weeks of February. Traditional method, secondary fermentation in the bottle.

 An attractive, subtle salmon color with surprising aromas of red fruits, citrus fruits, and blossoms such as elderflower, jasmine, rose, and linden, along with fresh, lingering flavor notes. Light and elegant tannins and a balanced acidity that adds freshness to the palate.

 Pairs well with: aperitifs, fish, white meat and desserts.
