100% Malbec.

Hand-harvested in the second week of March. Cold maceration at 6°C for 4 days, total maceration 16 days; alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for 6 days at 25°C. Malolactic fermentation: 4 months in French and American oak barrels. Aging for 12 months. Bottle aging for 12 months.

Intense red color with blue reflections. Powerful and complex aroma. Notes of ripe red fruits with hints of vanilla and chocolate. Minty aromas, typical of the wine-growing region. Pronounced tannins lend character and vibrancy. Rounded finish.
